Winner is developed and operated by Supa (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

Winner được phát triển và vận hành bởi Supa (“chúng tôi”). Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư và thông tin cá nhân của bạn.

1. Information We Collect / Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập​

We collect the following user information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • National ID (Vietnamese CCCD)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Authentication method (Google, Apple, or email/password)

Chúng tôi thu thập các thông tin sau từ người dùng:

  • Họ và tên
  • Địa chỉ email
  • Số điện thoại
  • Căn cước công dân (CCCD)
  • Ngày sinh
  • Giới tính
  • Phương thức đăng nhập (Google, Apple hoặc email/mật khẩu)

2. Purpose of Use / Mục đích sử dụng​

We use this information to:

  • Authenticate users
  • Register users for tournaments
  • Display personal and tournament participation information
  • Communicate important updates regarding participation

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để:

  • Xác thực người dùng
  • Đăng ký thi đấu cho người dùng
  • Hiển thị thông tin cá nhân và trạng thái giải đấu
  • Gửi thông báo quan trọng liên quan đến thi đấu

3. Data Storage / Lưu trữ dữ liệu​

Your data is securely stored on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trữ an toàn trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu.

4. Data Deletion / Xóa dữ liệu​

You may request to delete your account and all personal data directly from the app. Upon deletion:

  • All personal identifiable data will be erased
  • Tournament participation records will be retained for administrative/statistical purposes, without personal identifiers

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân trực tiếp trong ứng dụng. Khi xóa:

  • Tất cả dữ liệu định danh cá nhân sẽ bị xóa
  • Thông tin về các giải đấu đã tham gia sẽ được giữ lại phục vụ quản trị và thống kê, không kèm theo thông tin định danh cá nhân

5. Third-Party Sharing / Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba​

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

Chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân với bên thứ ba, trừ khi có yêu cầu từ pháp luật.

6. Children’s Privacy / Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em​

Winner is intended for users aged 10 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from users under this age.

Ứng dụng Winner dành cho người dùng từ 10 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ người dưới độ tuổi này.

Khi sử dụng Winner, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản sau:

1. Account Responsibility / Trách nhiệm tài khoản​

You are responsible for the security and accuracy of your account information. Do not share your credentials.

Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về độ chính xác và bảo mật của thông tin tài khoản. Không chia sẻ thông tin đăng nhập.

2. Use of the App / Việc sử dụng ứng dụng​

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, including registering for sports tournaments and managing your profile.

Bạn đồng ý sử dụng ứng dụng cho mục đích hợp pháp, bao gồm đăng ký thi đấu thể thao và quản lý hồ sơ cá nhân.

3. Prohibited Use / Hành vi bị cấm​

You must not:

  • Use another person’s information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
  • Abuse the app platform

Bạn không được:

  • Sử dụng thông tin của người khác
  • Cố gắng sửa đổi, phân tích mã nguồn của ứng dụng
  • Lạm dụng nền tảng ứng dụng

4. Termination / Chấm dứt sử dụng​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate our policies.

Chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập nếu bạn vi phạm chính sách.

5. Changes / Thay đổi​

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận các thay đổi.
